Reasonableness goes a long way and patients prefer and enjoy it. Obviously, you can&#039;t abuse it, otherwise people take advantage of you. But yes, it&#039;s courteous and understanding, and people deserve that.]]></description>

Your post strengthen the fact that being &quot;reasonable&quot; is good customer service, and makes people feel good.
